- Rate teams from 1 to 10, with 10 being your favourite.
- Teams are rated on a scale from 1-10.
- Your #1 Team will receive 10 points.
- Your #10 team will receive 1 point.

- Download our TFI smartphone app and create an account. This is the only way to access our content. For TV or computer viewing, you can cast from your device. We recommend using Chrome Cast or Apple TV.
Video loading issues are often related to internet connectivity. Our films are high quality and can be scaled down by adjusting the resolution.
- Ensure you are using a strong Wi-Fi or internet connection
- Keep your phone or tablet software up to date.
- Try exiting the app completely and re-entering it.
- If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.l
- Ensure you are using a casting device/service, not screen mirroring (e.g., MiraCast). Screen mirroring may only allow low resolution due to copyright restrictions on the film's content. We recommend using Apple TV or Chrome Cast.
- Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to ensure it's working properly.
- Verify you have enough storage space on your device for app installation and updates.
